My husband and I would like to thank you both for the warm hospitality extended to us during our 2 nights stay. We enjoyed staying in the big, neat, clean, and beautiful room overlooking the hills. You have taken extra steps from the onset of our booking with you to make our stay pleasant and welcoming, especially with regards to our luggage storage and transportation requests. You went out of your way to help us make alternative transport arrangements when our scheduled train booking to Bayonne was cancelled at the last minute due to a local social movement.You even volunteered to personally send us to Bayonne if all other alternative transport arrangements fall through, notwithstanding your busy schedule. We felt reassured by your graciousness and generosity.
